Frank Swinton
Climate Change Lead, West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership

Frank is an NHS anaesthetic Consultant and also the Climate Change Lead for health and social care at the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership (ICS).
He has worked or studied across four continents, including the UK’s research station, Halley in Antarctica. He has a long history of work in leadership, system change and the environmental impact of healthcare. He sits on the environment committee of the Association of Anaesthetists, he is a Trustee at Sustrans, has an MSc in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability and is a (very) amateur beekeeper.
