James Murray MP

James Murray has been the Member of Parliament for Ealing North since 2019 and has served as the shadow Financial Secretary to the Treasury since October 2020. He was previously Deputy Mayor for Housing at the Greater London Authority, where he oversaw the £4.8bn affordable homes programmes, including ‘Building Council Homes for Londoners’. Before joining the Greater London Authority, James served as a Councillor for ten years and as executive member for Housing and Development at Islington Council for six.
