Josh Dunn

Josh is a Director within EY’s Government and
Infrastructure business, part of EY’s UK&I Consulting
Practice. Josh has spent the past 10 years leading
sustainable transformation across local government,
with a background in place based services and
property transformation.

Josh has worked with over 40 Council’s and
Government Departments in the UK and has partnered
with a number of organisations, including the ADEPT
and CIPFA. Josh has delivered CIPFA and RICS
accredited CPD for over 100 local government
delegates. Josh has guest lectured at Cardiff University
as part of the MSc Advanced Building Performance
Evaluation & Sustainable real estate.

He specialises in Sustainability and the Built
Environment, including Estate Transformation,
Property, Corporate Landlord, Facilities Management,
Sustainability Strategy, Carbon Baselining and Climate
Action Planning. Josh has a BSc in Management and
Strategy from Aston Business School.

His current focus is Sustainability across Local
Government, covering Social and Economic/Financial
sustainability, as well as Environmental.
