Kate Smith

Kate works with leaders within organisations to be at their best – to help to grow their organisation in a good way and be a place where both people and the planet can thrive. She takes a regenerative approach to leadership and team development – focusing on helping people to connect with themselves, with others and the ecosystem they work within, in order to create an environment full of trust, collaboration and passion.

Kate set up her own consultancy in 2019 and has worked with leaders in manufacturing, logistics, financial services, the charity sector and further education. She is also the founder of the Yorkshire Eco Business Network, is a member of the Yorkshire & Humber Climate Commission and is a trustee of the North York Moors National Park Trust.
