Sat is an experienced business owner, having founded and run three businesses in Leeds over the last two decades. He is a director and co-founder of business consultancy – byDiffusion, and is also a founding member of One for The City, the platform that makes business giving simpler by commit 1% of our revenue or profit to charities in Leeds, addressing the gap between the business economy and the people suffering hardship in Leeds. Sat is also a board advisor to Leeds Digital Ball.
In December I came to the end of time at Axiologik having spent an exciting 17 months working with the founders to support their ever growing business. In that time the business more than doubled it’s headcount, substantially increased revenue, moved to a new office, launched a new brand, website and service offerings
My career began in technology recruitment and after 8 years with 3 companies I started my own business in 2005. I exited the recruitment business in May 2016 which led me to starting Lean Lunch, an online healthy food delivery business. The business was set up to support employees’ health and wellbeing with incredible fresh chef prepared meals delivered to their home or in the workplace. We tried hard to overcome offices closing during the pandemic by shifting to home delivery but it was not a commercially viable model, so sadly we closed Lean Lunch in June 202
